Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union)
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at laura.clery7576@gmail.com.
1. Standard Return: 14 Days
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return an item without justification.
Conditions: item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Procedure: send an email to contact@yrelc.fr with your order number. We will confirm the return address within 48 business hours. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund: issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection, using the original payment method. Initial shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned.
2. Defective or Non-compliant ItemIf your item has a manufacturing defect or does not match your order, contact contact@yrelc.fr as soon as possible with supporting photos.
We will offer an exchange (subject to availability), a repair if possible, or a store credit valid for 12 months. Return shipping costs for defective items are covered by YREL.C.
3. Legal Warranty: 24 MonthsThe legal warranty of conformity applies for 24 months from delivery (Article L.217-4 of the French Consumer Code). The warranty against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code) also applies.
4. Non-eligible ItemsPersonalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless a proven defect is identified.
