These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between YREL.C (sole trader, SIRET 844 134 296 00038, 30 rue Jacques Louvel Tessier, 75010 Paris, contact@yrelc.fr) and any customer placing an order on yrelc.fr. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 1 – Products
YREL.C offers stainless steel jewelry: shoe jewelry, necklaces, earrings, and ear cuffs. Stainless steel is hypoallergenic and resistant to oxidation and water.
YREL.C reserves the right to modify its product range at any time.
Article 2 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Shipping costs are specified separately before order validation.
In the event of a clear pricing error resulting from a technical issue, YREL.C reserves the right to cancel the order and inform the Customer.
Article 3 – Orders
An order is confirmed upon successful payment. A confirmation email is sent within minutes.
YREL.C reserves the right to refuse any order in case of existing disputes, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If an already paid order is canceled, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
Article 4 – Availability
All offers are valid while stocks last. In case of unavailability after order confirmation, the Customer will be informed within 48 business hours and may choose between a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering via the methods available at checkout (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). Payments are secured via Shopify Payments using SSL encryption. Banking data does not pass through YREL.C servers.
Article 6 – Delivery
Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days from France (excluding weekends and public holidays). Available methods: Mondial Relay (pickup point, 3–5 days) and Colissimo (home delivery, 2–3 days). A tracking number is sent by email once the order is shipped.
Delivery times are indicative. In case of a lost or damaged package, the Customer must contact contact@yrelc.frwithin 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.
To do so, send an email to contact@yrelc.fr with your order number. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Refunds (including initial shipping costs if the full order is returned) are issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection, using the original payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made items.
Article 8 – Warranties
Legal guarantee of conformity (Article L.217-4 of the French Consumer Code): valid for 24 months from delivery.
Warranty against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code): applicable under legal conditions.
In case of a defect, contact contact@yrelc.fr with photos. We will review the request within 30 days and provide an appropriate solution.
Article 9 – Force Majeure
YREL.C shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
Article 10 – Mediation and Governing Law
In the event of an unresolved dispute, the Customer may use the European mediation platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
