Terms of service

Orders are prepared and shipped from Paris within 2 to 5 business days, Monday to Friday.

Two delivery options are available:

Mondial Relay – delivery to a pickup point within 3 to 5 business days, €3.90. Free shipping on orders over €120.

Colissimo – home delivery within 2 to 3 business days, €5.90.

A tracking email is automatically sent once your order has been shipped.

In case of a lost or damaged package, please contact us at contact@yrelc.fr within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
